Yudhistir Mishra Law College formerly known as Balangir Law College was established in the year 1982-83 to impart legal education to the students of Balangir and neighboring districts. The college is a premier law college under MS Law University, Cuttack which was set up on 28th April 2021 to be the center of excellence in legal education and research. Earlier the College was permanently affiliated with Sambalpur University.
Yudhistir Mishra Law College with state-of-the-art facilities envisions imparting quality and practical-oriented education with a team of dedicated and experienced faculty. Balangir Law College offers an innovative, career-oriented program at all levels.
Yudhistir Mishra Law College offers 3 years LLB programme approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and permanently approved by the Government of Odisha. The curriculum is directed to cater to the needs of the profession. The college envisions shaping the careers of the students in dynamic and emerging prospects.
